TRAINING

I design tailor-made training courses and programs for your company, your team or your target group in the following areas:

  • Self-Leadership

The most important thing as a manager is to know and lead myself well: What are my values and real strengths? Do I know my beliefs? Which ones limit me in my work? If I don't know them, others will lead me without my consent. I need inner clarity and stability if I want to lead others in a world that is changing rapidly and in which many decisions have to be made in a short space of time without me knowing everything. I need trust in myself and in my team to be able to relinquish control and lead on an equal footing - which is so important for innovation.

    Example topics:

    Leadership & self-leadership (values, strengths, self-efficacy)

    Purpose & Power

    Resilience & resistance

    Become Your Own Best Leader

  • Leadership

Leadership is a fulfilling job. I can build a great team and shape and implement it together. It's important for me to be clear about how I want to lead, when I really want to do the job and then to know and be able to use tools and methods to implement this. The moment when you realize that you are increasingly succeeding in creating a space together with the team in which everyone enjoys coming to work, is open and gets involved and really wants to get stuck in is magical - for everyone. When you realize every day how much more a team is than the sum of its individual colleagues.

    Example topics:

    Leadership at eye level

    Leading with Psychological Safety

    Intercultural Collaboration (e.g. Asia, Europe)

    Different Personalities - One Team

  • Fast Changing Environments

What is that supposed to be? It describes an environment in which framework conditions change quickly, in which it is difficult to determine at the start of the project what exactly the solution is or how the team will get there. These are areas in which it is important to develop new things, to follow ideas and to test them without investing large amounts of resources. It's about dreams and reality checks. It's about intra- and entrepreneurship. Most companies are increasingly operating in this environment. Old strategies for success are being replaced by new ones. It's about failing quickly and skillfully, learning and courage.

    Example topics:

    Agile Methods and Mindset

    Design Thinking

Success Strategies: Lean Startup & Growth Mindset

    Creator’s Mindset
